We were looking for a company to come out and ensure our air conditioning service was ready for the season and found ForceFlow Heating & Air. We are happy we did. They came out when they were scheduled, powered everything up, did a quick cleaning and ensured everything was charged and operating the way it should. We feel confident that we won't have any unexpected problems with our unit this year. We highly recommend this company....it was a good service and now we have peace of mind.

I called ForceFlow Heating and Air just to see if they could come tell me why my air conditioner was not cooling as effectively as it used to. Mike was great, and he came over with another technician. Whatever they did to the system made a huge difference. I am thankful for them coming over and making the adjustments. I will keep their number handy in case I ever need any more assistance with my system.

We needed to have our homes HVAC system inspected because we are trying to sell the house. ForceFlow HVAC was very easy to work with.....called, scheduled, and they arrived and did the inspection for us. No issues, it was a very smooth and easy process during a very chaotic, busy process. We woke up on Thursday morning and it was 58 degrees in the house....the furnace had went out. We called Force Flow Heating and Air and they sent someone out within 2 hours. They immediately determined what part had went out in the furnace and swapped it out. They were friendly, professional and prompt with their service. I am grateful for finding this company and will be using them for all future hear and or air conditioning needs.

I woke up to a freezing home...the furnace was kicking on and turning off after about a minute. I was not sure what to do, so I started calling around. This company was the only one that actually answered their phone and I am thankful that I found them. Mike was extremely professional and they came out and figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. The response time was great. I have found my go to HVAC company in case I have any other issues.

I am so glad that I found this company. I had to turn on my air conditioner on a few days ago because of the crazy warm weather we have been having this year. My air was not cooling my home. I called around to 3 places before calling ForceFlow Heating and Air because nobody answers their phone any more 🙁 Anyways this company answered the phone, were very friendly and scheduled a visit the next day for us. They arrived on time, were professional, clean, and efficient. They figured out what was going on with our system and fixed it in about an hour. I was really concerned about the bill, but it was not as bad as it could have been. Now I have a reputable company to call if and when I may need additional heating or cooling services.

My furnace was blowing cold air and I called ForceFlow Heating and Air to see if they could assist me. They were very professional on the phone and dispatched a tech out within a few hours. The tech was also very friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace....luckily it was just a small problem and they had the part with them. They quickly replaced the part and my furnace was back in business again. I appreciate the friendliness, and professionalism of both the person I spoke to on the phone and the person that arrived and fixed the furnace so quickly. Also the fact that even though it was something small, they did not try to upsell me with services or products that I did not need. I highly recommend this company and will call them back in the future if I ever need any other HVAC services.

I had a problem with my furnace today (Friday). I called this afternoon and thought that I would have to wait all weekend. The technician was at my door within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue, pulled the parts from his truck and had the repair done before dinner. I am very impressed by the level of care an professionalism of this company. The rate was not too bad either.

We wanted to have a smart thermostat installed in our home. I called ForceFlow Heating & Air and they were able to help us out. They told us about the different products, and installed it in a timely manner. The technician also helped my wife and I install the app on our phones and showed us how to properly set it up. With the crazy heat this year I was surprised when I went to turn on our air conditioner and it did not blow cold air. The crew was clean, professional and they were done a lot faster than my husband and I anticipated. I am so thankful because judging from the weather this year so far, I think we will be using the air a lot the remainder of the year!
