Our tenant had an issue with their furnace and we called around. ForceFlow Heating and Air actually answered the phone call, reached out to our tenant, and coordinated everything. Turns out it was a thermostat issue.......they fixed it, and we were able to pay the invoice over the phone. Great company, easy to work with, thank you.

I thought we were thru with winter, but when I went to turn our furnace back on, it did not stay fired up. I called this company and they were very helpful and got my furnace working again. I highly recommend them.

We had such a mild winter, I thought that we should be starting up the air conditioner, but Colorado had different plans. Furnace did not turn on so I had to have Force Flow Heating out. The service call was perfect and they had us running in no time. I highly recommend this company for your hvac issues.

We were house sitting for our son and noticed a strange sound whenever the furnace turned on. We found these guys when searching for a hvac near his house. We are lucky to have found Mike and ForceFlow Heating. Mike was professional and they came out right away. They determined the issue...it was minor, so that was great. They were able to fix everything quickly. We are appreciative to find such a good company. We have their business information on the furnace just in case our son needs them in the future.

These guys were awesome. Easy to schedule with, they came on time, diagnosed my air conditioning system issues and fixed them quickly. The price was okay as well. I would recommend them to anyone with an air conditioning issue at their home.

Our daughter bought her first home in Colorado Springs and when we went out to visit we noticed a weird noise whenever the furnace turned on. We did a quick search and found ForceFlow Heating, Mike was awesome to work with. This is her first home so she was nervous calling for service, and having strangers in the house etc. Mike was friendly, put her at ease and was very professional and proficient as they figured out what was going on. They explained everything extremely well and recommended a couple of options. We went ahead and did a long term fix with a long warranty to put all our minds at ease......but if something should go wrong, she has a reliable contractor to call.

The techs arrived on time and quickly found the problem and took the time do get the job done well. Zach and Dallas were professional, knowledgeable and courteous technologists. I highly can recommend these young men and Forceflow.

Our air conditioner was not cooling very effectively so we called this company. They got us on the schedule right away and came out to check everything out. The did some routine maintenance and cleaning and now the house is cold.

I meant to write this review about 6 weeks ago when I had the furnace service completed. Our furnace was not kicking on so we looked for a heating company and called a few before finding ForceFlow Heating. Everyone else either did not pick up their phones, or didn't have availability, and we had a few that we scheduled with and they called to reschedule or just didn't show up for the appointment. Mike answered the phone, was friendly, professional. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, and they actually showed up. Not only did they show up, they took their time to actually explain how the furnace is supposed to work, and exactly where in the process mine was failing and what part caused that to be the issue. They had the part on the truck, changed it out, and then showed me how the furnace works now...and how that part that was replaced was doing its job so then the furnace continued stay lit. I was appreciative of the lesson, and also know that they did not take advantage of me. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I have their card on my furnace now so next time I need service their info will be right there. I highly recommend these guys.

We finally pulled the trigger and installed a whole houser or attic fan. We have been procrastinating for a number of years, but our upstairs bedrooms are so hot in the summer time. We had ForceFlow install it and what a difference. I know we have not gotten to the hottest part of the season yet, but now it is like a wind tunnel up there. The nights have been pretty toasty and now I need to get up and turn the fan off at night because it is actually cold. I am very happy with the price, and professionalism of this company. The finished product looks very nice in the house as well. It will be nice to be able to have a comfortable night without running the AC all night long.

We were having issues with our home and having it hot in some rooms and cool in others. ForceFlow Heating and Air helped with installing zones to control the temperature in different areas of the house independently. ForceFlow designed the whole setup and installation was flawless. The comfort level in our house has been completely transformed.

Our air conditioner was not working and we called another company out and they told us our entire unit was shot and we needed a full replacement. I called this company to get a second opinion. The technician was so friendly and took a look at everything and told me that the unit was fine and it just needed an air filter replacement because it was restricting air flow and causing a coil or something to freeze.....also something about a dirty evaporator and a capacitor.....I am not sure, but I am sure that they saved me about $7k. The integrity of this company is the reason they will be my only choice going forward.

They completed the repairs and the noise went away and I noticed that the frequency in which my heat kicked on and off significantly reduced. We woke up on Thursday morning and it was 58 degrees in the house....the furnace had went out. We called Force Flow Heating and Air and they sent someone out within 2 hours. They immediately determined what part had went out in the furnace and swapped it out. They were friendly, professional and prompt with their service. They arrived on time, were professional, clean, and efficient. They figured out what was going on with our system and fixed it in about an hour. I was really concerned about the bill, but it was not as bad as it could have been. Now I have a reputable company to call if and when I may need additional heating or cooling services.

I had a problem with my furnace today (Friday). I called this afternoon and thought that I would have to wait all weekend. The technician was at my door within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue, pulled the parts from his truck and had the repair done before dinner. With the crazy heat this year I was surprised when I went to turn on our air conditioner and it did not blow cold air. The crew was clean, professional and they were done a lot faster than my husband and I anticipated.
